We have had a very busy few weeks with clover club - Now being the First Wednesday, the First Thursday and the third Thursday of each month. And what fantastic projects the ladies have been working on!
This is Karen with "leftovers" from a quilt that her daughter Virginia made.
This is Gwen's twisted bargello from the Hannaford workshop - but she now has the borders on and it is just about ready to be sent to Marie's.
That is Marie's Quilting at Glenmorgan - I was speaking to Marie yesterday and she said that she is up to date with her quilting after being inundated with many many beautiful quilts and is ready to take on more right now! This is for both her gorgeous specialised custom work or her edge to edge designs.
This is a gorgeous edge to edge design from Marie's that she did on Karen's Bargello - and this is on the back!
And this is the "Wow" factor front!
This is Neitta's gorgeous quilt - and unfortunately I just think the photo doesn't do it justice. It is soooooo nice. Neitta used the rich colours from the Willowberry Winter range of fabrics - we still have a little left if you are chasing any in the border stripe. (also useful for the one fabric quilts) We were all trying to convince her to give it to us on clover club day - I think we have buckleys!
This is a beautiful quilt by Karen's daughter Virginia. Virginia rang and asked me to send her some blue, pink and purple fabrics in medium tones that weren't too bright and not too pastel. So I was really pleased that they worked so well for her and just look at the fantastic job she did! AND she designed it herself using EQ6. But what's more is that she is giving it away as a wedding gift!
We also have new clover club members Joy and Anna coming on the 1st Thursday so welcome girls!
Til next time - keep stitchin!
